As part of our close ties with the Virginia-Maryland College of Veterinary Medicine, we regularly host veterinary student interns for hands-on experience in general practice. Many of these talented students have gone on to become valued members of our team!

If your pet may have ingested something harmful, call the ASPCA Animal Poison Control Center at (888) 426-4435. Their specialists are available 24/7 to assess the risk and guide your next steps. If treatment is needed, they may recommend visiting an animal hospital—and we’re here and ready to help.
